Refund policy

At Meathead’s Apparel, we’re committed to delivering high-quality gear to every lifter. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of replacing any items confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing issue or error on our part.


Lost Packages

 

If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Order Issues

 

If you notice any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.


Shipping Issues

 

Incorrect Address:
If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost once the correct address is confirmed.


Unclaimed Packages

 

Orders that are unclaimed and returned to our facility can be reshipped, but the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.


Buyer’s Remorse

 

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please carefully review your size selection and order details before completing your purchase.


Brazil Residents

 

Customers located in Brazil may request a return within 7 days of receiving their item. A clear photo of the product must be provided, and the item must be unused and undamaged. All return requests are subject to evaluation before approval.


EU Residents

 

In accordance with Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, returns are not accepted for:

• Items that are made to order or personalized for the customer
Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons

 

Meathead’s Apparel reserves the right to deny returns if requests do not meet the guidelines outlined above.
