Shipping policy
Welcome to Meathead’s Apparel. These Supplier Shipping & Fulfillment Policies (“Policies”) govern the working relationship between Meathead’s Apparel (“Meathead’s”) and its third-party fulfillment partner (“Supplier”) and outline expectations related to product quality, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and legal compliance.

1. Product Quality and Compliance
1.1 The Supplier shall deliver goods that meet Meathead’s high standards for quality, durability, and appearance. All products must be free from defects and compliant with applicable laws and industry standards.
1.2 All goods must match the specifications, mockups, and print instructions provided by Meathead’s. Any variation or substitution must be pre-approved in writing by Meathead’s.
2. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
2.1 The Supplier is responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of all customer orders placed through Meathead’s. Orders must be processed in accordance with timelines mutually agreed upon.
2.2 Shipping must follow approved carrier methods, timelines, and packaging standards. All packages must be trackable and labeled clearly and professionally.
2.3 Meathead’s is not liable for any delays, losses, or damages resulting from the Supplier’s failure to meet shipping and fulfillment obligations.
3. Pricing and Invoicing
3.1 All pricing agreements must be confirmed in writing. Any proposed pricing changes must be submitted in advance and approved by Meathead’s before implementation.
3.2 Invoices must be accurate, detailed, and submitted in accordance with the agreed billing schedule. Errors or discrepancies may result in payment delays.
4. Communication and Performance
4.1 Supplier shall maintain open and proactive communication with Meathead’s, especially regarding delays, errors, inventory shortages, or other issues that may affect the customer experience.
4.2 Supplier is expected to collaborate in good faith to resolve issues, suggest process improvements, and contribute to the success of our mutual business relationship.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Supplier agrees to protect the confidentiality of Meathead’s proprietary information, including but not limited to branding, product development, pricing, marketing plans, and business strategy.
5.2 Confidential information may not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from Meathead’s. This obligation shall survive the termination of the supplier relationship.
6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
6.1 Supplier shall comply with all local, national, and international laws applicable to manufacturing, labor, safety, and product fulfillment.
6.2 Supplier is responsible for ensuring its subcontractors or affiliates also comply with all applicable laws and ethical business practices.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches any term of these Policies and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
7.2 Upon termination, Supplier must fulfill any outstanding orders, provide relevant shipping information, and assist in a smooth transition to a new fulfillment solution.
8. Updates to Policies
8.1 Meathead’s reserves the right to update or revise these Policies as needed. Notice will be provided, and continued supply and fulfillment services after any update shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policies.
