Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, holidays, and high-volume periods may affect timing:
- United States: 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it remains missing, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will assist you.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
